Customer Service Rep (Temp to Perm) - Sign on Bonus when position goes perm Burlington, MA $20-$21 an hour Provide account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, histories, order status, and pricing. Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries. Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate for their situation. Maintain knowledge of changes to industry environment, competition, and customer business environment. Support marketing campaigns and product launches. Research special products within product line to meet customer needs. Prepare reports and correspondence as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts to ensure customer orders are kept on track. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
