Recruiter Perm Woburn 80 to 85k • Act as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition • Proactively manage the day-to-day applicant tracking process and recruitment process through Paylocity • Conduct phone screens, schedule/conduct in-person interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers • Create and maintain current job descriptions, employment website postings, and employee job boards • Create offer letters, conduct background checks, and assist with the on-boarding process • Be proactive in evaluating the candidate experience and make recommendations for improvements. Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence • Create a best-in-class candidate experience at company as the best place to work • Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition • Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates • Drive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools and recruitment analytics • Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified College/Universities, networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc. What will help you to be successful: • Bachelor’s degree • PHR and CIR qualifications preferred but not required • Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills, including all MS Office tools • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational skills, decision-making, results-oriented, and continuous quality improvement skills. • Sense of urgency, trustworthy and accountable. • Strong customer service skills • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match • Proven experience engaging employment prospects through targeted sourcing and cold calling • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels • A strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure
