Great long term contract recruiter role. The ideal person will have a strong background in resume sourcing and recruiting. Any experience within healthcare or non-profit is a plus! This is a high volume position so candidates should have experience with req loads above 30 and also be able to multi-task as well as actively source. Training will be onsite for one to two weeks in Cambridge and then the job will be hybrid - three days on-site and two remote. This is a long term assignment with the possibility of going perm for the right person. Pay: $45-$65 an hour
