Accounts Receivable Retail Specialist

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience in the Retail Credit Card business. The candidate must be high energy with the ability to get into the details. Identify areas for improvement. Job Duties & Responsibilities: *Download daily bank and credit card reports *Cash applications for credit card receipts *Credit card processing using various processing platforms: Authorize.net, Magento, Paymentech and Tsys *Run program uploads to post credit card receipts into Oracle *Process credit card refunds *Monthly credit card receipt reconciliations from bank account activity to Oracle *Reconciliation of Retail cash received to Oracle and bank account *Special projects as assigned Education and/or Experience: *Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance *Experience 5-7+ years of Retail credit card experience in a manufacturing or technology company with high volumes *Strong in Excel skills *Experience with credit card processors a must *Oracle experience a plus *Analytical and ability to dig into details *Results driven *Team oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
